I had been having trouble with my neck and shoulder for some weeks when a friend recommended that I try Sachin at Bucks Physio and Osteopathy. I went there immediately and was told that he was with a patient and was then finished for the Christmas break. I left my details, just in case. I was in luck and he managed to fit me in. The treatment involved manipulating some extremely tight muscles in my neck. The release that I felt afterwards was amazing. I have had two further treatments since then, and am beginning to feel back to my old self. I would highly recommend this practice, and Sachin in particular, as the pain prior to the treatment was beginning to have a negative impact on my day to day activities.

Andrew (physio) was very attentive and took the time to listen to a full history. Explained all the tests he was conducting and recommended ultrasound and acupuncture treatment, also gave me an idea of what other options might be available for the future

I saw Grace for a sports massage to help sort out my aching back from terrible posture and working at a desk! She clearly understood all the muscles and anatomy of my back and could pin point the spots and knots and worked them all out fabulously. Highly recommend.
