Chiropractic first became part of my life at age 15, after a sports injury that changed everything. I was told by several doctors that I might need spinal surgery and would never play sports again. Chiropractic gave me another option, and that experience motivated me to learn more and ultimately pursue it as a career.
I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in September 2023 which was the proudest moments of my life. Since then, my goal has been to support people in managing their pain, improving their movement, and getting back to the activities they love. I focus not only on treatment, but also on guiding patients through exercise, lifestyle, and day-to-day habits that make a real difference in their recovery.
Patients often describe me as approachable, energetic, and a good listener. I believe every patient’s journey is unique, and I aim to work with them in a way that fits their needs and goals. The most rewarding part of being a chiropractor is seeing people achieve things they thought were no longer possible, whether that’s playing a sport, being active with family, or simply moving without pain.
Outside of the clinic, I have always loved sport. Before my injury, I competed in tennis, netball, rounders, badminton, and athletics at a high level. Thanks to chiropractic, I’ve been able to return to those activities again. I also enjoy singing and dancing, which patients may occasionally see hints of in the clinic, I like to bring a positive and welcoming energy to my work.
Raised by my mum as an only child, I grew up with strong support that helped me follow my dream. Now, it’s my turn to support others and to help them move forward, reach their goals, and get back to doing what matters most to them.
